The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining centralized control & monitoring (CCM) systems in retail stores, requiring a blend of technical proficiency, project management, and retail operational knowledge.

As a CCM Electrical Engineer your responsibilities will be: 

• Designing, developing, and implementing digital systems and solutions tailored for retail
• environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing store infrastructure.
• Leading the installation, configuration, and maintenance of centralized control and monitoring
• (CCM) systems to optimize store operations, energy management, and security.
• Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and store managers to assess needs, troubleshoot
• issues, and provide technical support for deployed systems.
• Conducting site surveys and technical evaluations to recommend upgrades or enhancements for
• digital systems within the stores. 
• Ensuring all systems comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and operational guidelines.
• Preparing technical documentation, system diagrams, and user manuals for installed solutions.
• Monitoring technological trends and proposing innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and store efficiency.
• Managing the preparation of tenders and oversee procurement processes for digital and CCM system components, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery in alignment with project requirements.

The ideal candidate for the position will have:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience above 5 years in working with digital systems in retail or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of CCM systems, automation, and networked control solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for system design, simulation, and monitoring.
• Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to occasionally travel to various retail locations if required.
• Experience with IoT devices and smart retail technologies.
• Knowledge of energy management and security systems relevant to retail.
• Project management certification or experience leading technical projects.
• Understanding of Greek retail market and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient user of the English language.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
