Restaurant Manager 

Location: Kos, Greece
Resort: Ikos Aria
Contract: Full Time /seasonal
Ref: IAR/RM019

Your main accountabilities:
• Manage daily restaurant shift operations
• Monitor staff performance and suggest  in cooperation with F & B manager any training needs
• Provide feedback to F & B manager focusing on team and daily operation points
• Monitor and communicate to Chef any issues regarding food quality and service levels
• Empower teambuilding and lead by example
• Maintain high Standards of Service at all times
• Keep a high Standard of personal hygiene and appearance

• Enthusiastic, friendly & self-motivated professional eager to learn, develop and be part of a growing team
• Excellent Knowledge of English language
• Service experience within a restaurant, ideally within a hotel environment
• Managerial proven ability of a small or bigger team within an F & B environment
• Degree / Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism would be a plus
