Head of Export Sales - Kavala (Ref. 6005/HES/ESS/GR)
About the Role:
The Head of Export Sales will be a senior member of the management team, responsible for defining and executing the company’s international sales strategy, driving revenue growth and overseeing a team of up to 10 export sales professionals. The role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in international markets, strong commercial acumen and the ability to build, inspire and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the export sales team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability and continuous development
- Define and implement the international sales strategy to expand the company’s presence in global markets
- Identify new business opportunities, develop key accounts and strengthen relationships with distributors and partners
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures and contract terms with international clients
- Monitor sales performance against targets and report insights to senior management
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive threats and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth execution of export operations
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions and industry events
