The Plant Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the initial setup, equipment installation, and testing (commissioning) of all production machinery for the brand-new facility.
• Define short-term objectives, establish annual operational priorities, forecast sales and profits, and align expenditures with long-term business strategy.
• Allocate resources effectively, manage the plant budget, control operational costs, and identify savings through continuous process optimization.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality management systems (HACCP/ISO), and strict workplace health and safety protocols from the ground up.
• Direct daily operations across all business units to build a cohesive, efficient workflow.
• Recruit, structure, and mentor high-performing leadership, production, and maintenance teams for the new site.
• Drive productivity improvements, introduce advanced manufacturing technologies, and set performance metrics to maximize plant throughput.
• Execute annual audit plans, establish internal control measures, monitor resource allocation, and produce regular financial and operational reports.

The Plant Manager must possess the following:

• Minimum of 5 years in a General Manager or senior leadership role within an industrial environment, ideally focused on manufacturing, production, or engineering.
• Proven experience in production leadership, with a strong background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry or new plant setup highly valued.
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical), Food Science, or Business/Operations Management.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to or reside in the Kozani region.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and verbal).
• Strong technical knowledge of production processes, equipment commissioning, and food quality assurance systems (HACCP/ISO).
