Essential Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar position of at least 1 year
- IEK or AEI or TEI degree
- Excellent command of English language
- Professionally handle any guest request or complaint, always with a pleasant attitude
Desirable Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
- Good command of a second European language
