The Opportunity

We are searching for two passionate and driven Restaurant Supervisors to join our dynamic team at our new location in Pirgos Piraeus. As a Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operation and exceptional guest experiences across all our restaurants. You will lead a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff, providing coaching and direction while upholding our high standards for service and quality.

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:
  •  Provide daily operational leadership and motivation to a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff.
  •  Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure team members understand service protocols, menu specials, and daily tasks.
  •  Delegate tasks effectively and ensure all areas are well-staffed for optimal guest service.
  •  Mentor and coach team members on service techniques, product knowledge, and guest interaction.
  •  Evaluate team member performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  •  Address guest concerns and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Operational Excellence:
  •  Oversee restaurant set-up, ensuring a clean, well-organized, and inviting environment for guests.
  •  Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
  •  Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering and restocking of supplies.
  •  Assist with menu changes, specials, and beverage list updates.
  •  Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to create an efficient and cost-effective operational plan.

Guest Service & Experience:

  •  Champion our commitment to exceptional guest service by actively interacting with guests, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations.
  •  Ensure prompt and accurate order taking, food and beverage service, and bill presentation.
  •  Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  •  Play an active role in upselling specials and creating a memorable dining experience for all guests.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with scheduling and payroll processing as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a high-end or fine dining restaurant environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of high-end dining service standards and etiquette.
  • Proficiency in restaurant Point-of-Sale systems and other relevant software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a dedication to quality and flawless execution.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Fluency in Greek and English is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
