                                                         Procurement Analyst

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, Statistics
or Supply Chain.
• 2-3 years’ experience in Business Analysis, ideally in FMCG, Pharma or Retail industry.
• Multinational environment exposure will be an asset
• Strong Analytical skills, Advanced Excel User, SAP/ERP systems will be considered an asset
• Fluency in English; Strong and effective communication skills
• Customer focus, Accountability, Resilience, Results-driven, Team Spirit, Potential to grow

J0B DESCRIPTION

• Tender Analytics (vendor data collection, pricing & benchmarking analysis, support/collect
costs / financial data, analyze prices and volumes; analyze market or industry trends; etc.)
• Spend & Supply base analytics (supply base and bidding analysis, spend analysis &
reporting, contract tracking, planning / budgeting, support on various projects, etc.)
• Monthly/quarterly commodities’ forecast and reporting
• Annual Supplier Evaluation process
• Support during annual Business Plan & Quarterly Rolling Estimate processes
• Reporting & evaluation of Procurement KBIs
