We are looking for a highly energetic, results driven and experienced candidate.
The ideal candidate functions as the primary strategic business leader of the property with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation, and delivering a return on investment to the company.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and greet guests with professional and positive attitude
• Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials) according to the hotel’s standards
• Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations within the treatment rooms
• Keep a clean and stocked treatment room
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant guest queries, needs and expectations
