The Role
We are seeking to recruit for season 2026
passionate, hardworking, generous and enthusiastic individuals who work in
alignment with all team members.
Our House of Healing Receptionist is an
extremely valuable member of our team, since he or she will be the first
official presence and contact between The House of Healing and our guests.
He or she needs to become an extension of our
vision, to be able to understand our ethics, policies & principles, to
seize them and apply them within their everyday life.
To be willing to represent The Rooster as our
team member while on site yet also towards the outside world, so we can rise
together and be willing to provide a home away from home.
We are building an environment where
personalized relationships between our team and our guests influence our space.
We are contracting these relationships on mutual respect & generosity,
while we need to be able to deliver our one of a kind services and offerings
based on accountability and extreme professionalism.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Serve as a role model.
- Be well groomed and articulate in fluent Greek & English at all
times.
- Have an eye for attention to details, by maintaining a neat front
desk, reception area, and overlooking our amenities at all times.
- Be willing and able to absorb our principles with accountability
and professionalism.
- Be open and interested towards our training, scheduling, evaluating
and counselling with discipline and at the same time remain driven by
motivation.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to our principles
(personalized relationships) by anticipating and addressing their service
needs.
- Project confidence through your words and body language while
interacting with our guests.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Be aware of all our amenities, offers, programs, our inhouse
activations, prioritize them and be able to promote them properly to our
guests.
- Work constantly as a team along other reception agents, guest
relations representatives, plus all Rooster team members to reach common
goals.
- Keep yourself and all other members informed about all guests.
- Provide a neat and clear day to day excel.
- Be in direct contact with our Housekeeping Manager regarding
arrivals and departures in order to be on top of accurate housekeeping
duties.
- Be in direct contact with our grooms at all times.
- Remain comfortable and confident answering phones at all times.
- Never leave the front desk unattended
- Provide accurate information regarding outdoor activities &
proposals and be able to coordinate them along our external
partners/sources (also maintain a respectful and at the same time close
relationship with them)
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills
- Eager to be trained, able to process information
- Excellent articulation and rich vocabulary of Greek & English
- Organizational skills
- Knowledge of technology and MS Office applications
- Team player and problem solver (within our ethics and principles)
- Ability to coordinate effectively towards the achievement of
important organizational goals
- Passionate for work and evolvement

- Have an eye for detail
- Experience in hospitality is a plus
