We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a customer support role connected to a European banking institution offering services to private customers, entrepreneurs, and corporate clients.

As a Customer Advisor with German, you will support customers with banking-related questions, mainly through incoming calls. Your role will be focused on providing clear, accurate, and professional assistance while following internal procedures and service standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing incoming customer calls.
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Building trust-based relationships through clear and professional communication.
• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and methods.
• Handling customer cases within required quotas.

Requirements:

• German at near-native level.
• English at B2 level.
• Customer-oriented approach and commitment to high-quality service.
• Strong contact handling skills.
• Good communication skills, including active listening and the ability to adapt to different customer types.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Previous customer support or client service experience would be an advantage.

Working conditions:

• Location: Athens, Greece.
• Work model: hybrid or on-site.
• For hybrid work, employees are expected to spend around 30% of their working time in the office.
• Full-time schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
• Rotational shifts.
• Monday to Friday: 08:00-23:00.
• Saturday to Sunday: 09:00-23:00.
• For hybrid work, an internet speed test is required.

What the employer offers:

• Base salary: 1300 EUR gross/month.
• Project bonus: 50 EUR gross/month.
• Welcome bonus: 100 EUR/month for the first 12 months.
