Loyalty Executive (Ref: SIH/LE023)

Your main responsibilities
- Develop and manage strong relationships with colleagues across departments
- Support the Front Office team and the other department with Sani Rewards Program information, including guests, stars, loyalty benefits and terms & conditions
- Ensure that he/she can identify and recognize our loyal and repeat guests
- Manage personalization, printing and delivery of membership cards to operations teams
- Keep inventory of card and collateral orders, stock levels and delivery to operations departments
- Be the face of the “loyalty team”, and handle all aspects of communication, including negotiation and complaint handling from the guests
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of loyal member experience & guest experience from pre-arrival, arrival and post-stay
- Ability to interrogate guest profiles when needed
- Update of loyalty-related content across channels when required
- Perform other duties as assigned
