Loyalty Executive (Ref: SIH/LE023)

Office Location: Halkidiki | Greece
Department: Operations
Contract: Full time/Seasonal

Your main responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with colleagues across departments
  • Support the Front Office team and the other department with Sani Rewards Program information, including guests, stars, loyalty benefits and terms & conditions
  • Ensure that he/she can identify and recognize our loyal and repeat guests
  • Manage personalization, printing and delivery of membership cards to operations teams
  • Keep inventory of card and collateral orders, stock levels and delivery to operations departments
  • Be the face of the “loyalty team”, and handle all aspects of communication, including negotiation and complaint handling from the guests
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of loyal member experience & guest experience from pre-arrival, arrival and post-stay
  • Ability to interrogate guest profiles when needed
  • Update of loyalty-related content across channels when required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Your main qualifications/skills
  • Proven experience of minimum 2-3 years in a similar role, ideally in the Tourism/Hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS (Hotel Property Management Software)
  • Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel)
  • Fluency in English
  • CRM experience would be a plus
  • Understanding of GDPR
