Manpower Group, on behalf of its client, an International Chemical’s company and a leading global provider of industrial cleaning and hygiene products, is in search of an Exports Customer Service Specialist, to join the company’s office in the Northern Suburbs of Athens, Greece.
The Role:
The job holder will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, mainly providing overall reliable customer service, responding to incoming calls from customers and field sales associates, in a manner that maintains good external, but also internal customer relations.
More specifically:
- Place and process orders using SAP
- Monitor order status and handle deliveries
- Handle customer requests, inquiries and complaints
- Handle returns from customers, equipment on loan and equipment on rent
- Prepare department reports and billing information
- Contact 3PLs and Sales teams to provide knowledgeable information to customers
- Contribute to team KPIs and ensure compliance with external and internal auditing requirements
- Handle incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner
