Your main purpose
Mission: As a Little Guests Manager or supervisor, you will create entertainment experiences for our younger customers by providing friendly, efficient, and elegant service.
Management: Ensure all plans are adhered to and followed, this includes policies, planning, activities, and experiences. Be creative, and make sure each session is fun, engaging, and stimulating. Be responsible for all day-to-day administration including bookings, updating of databases and correspondence. Support the senior management team in training the childcare teams, assessing and monitoring standards.
Public relations: Welcome and greet all the families. Promote actively all children´s club activities. keep an active guest contact during duty and off duty, whenever inside the resort facilities.
What will you bring?
Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything.
Proven experience as a childcare manager/Supervisor, ideally in a 5* resort or education environment.
Fluency in English. Good command of a second language would be a plus.
Degree/Diploma/ Course in Hospitality/Tourism/ Education.
