Sales Agent

MED SEA HEALTH S.A. is looking to recruit for its 5* Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort in Paliouri, Kassandra, Halkidiki , for the season of 2019:
 
The Sales Agent is responsible for performing clerical, administrative, and other duties to assist the Director of Sales in the operations of the department. This role will mainly based in Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort office and will be servicing the retailers mainly through phone, email, & on site appointments.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide a full support service and assist the sales team in servicing the incoming guests & companies requests
• Manage existing files and create new ones as needed
• Communicate on a daily basis with partners and colleagues via phone, e-mail and even in person
• Work with other operational departments within the hotel to provide quality services to our guests
• Make regular phone calls to potential partners and follow-up by preparing offers and special packages for them with the guidance of the Sales Director
• Should have concrete knowledge of all hotel facilities and operations
• A pleasant, patient, communicative personality with strong negotiation skills should be the major attributes of this person
• Must have a flexible personality & creative thinking

• Bachelor's degree (National or International university/ AEI or TEI)
• 2 years minimum experience on similar position
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages.Third language will be considered accordingly
• Exceptional communication (both verbal and written), negotiation and administrative skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure with provided resources, manage work load using own initiative and sufficiently cover a multi task position
