• Follow the production process concerning technical specifications, KPIs, selection, and evaluation of the raw materials bought by the suppliers
• Monitor the production plan goals daily, monthly, and annually
• Check the order of raw materials and other materials to ensure product availability
• Contribute to the implementation of trial productions, based on the research and development plan
• Ensure the smooth operation and compliance with the Maintenance Plan of machinery
• Make sure that safety rules and orderliness rules are properly followed
• Train the team regarding the production process

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years of professional experience in the industrial sector in a similar position
• Previous experience in managing a team will be highly appreciated
• Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written)
• Knowledge of the SAP software will be considered an asset
• Familiarity with MS Office
