Packaging Machine Operator (Tavros)

Key Responsibilities

• Supply packaging materials and production components to the production lines.
• Perform manual palletizing and transportation of materials and components.
• Assist with packaging changeovers and production line setup adjustments.
• Clean machine parts and equipment using approved cleaning procedures and materials.
• Support production activities to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.
• Follow company quality, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a packaging or production environment as a Machine Operator Assistant is considered an advantage but not required.
• Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule (morning, afternoon, and night shifts).
• Experience in operating an electric pedestrian pallet truck is desirable (license not required).
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and good communication skills.
• Flexibility to support different production lines based on operational needs and production schedules.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn and develop within a manufacturing environment.
