Packaging Machine Operator (Tavros)
Key Responsibilities
- Supply packaging materials and production components to the production lines.
- Perform manual palletizing and transportation of materials and components.
- Assist with packaging changeovers and production line setup adjustments.
- Clean machine parts and equipment using approved cleaning procedures and materials.
- Support production activities to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.
- Follow company quality, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a packaging or production environment as a Machine Operator Assistant is considered an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule (morning, afternoon, and night shifts).
- Experience in operating an electric pedestrian pallet truck is desirable (license not required).
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and good communication skills.
- Flexibility to support different production lines based on operational needs and production schedules.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn and develop within a manufacturing environment.
