For our office in Thessaloniki we are looking for Servicedesk employees, to join our team solving incidents and turning interruptions into positive experiences. 

Your Responsibilities: 
After 1-2 months training you will be part of the Servicedesk Team for our customer, helping to solve incidents in a friendly and user-oriented way Solving incidents and issues based on existing knowledge-base and standards Implementing and processing customer changes.

• BA Degree in Computer Engineering, IT Computer Science or any related field is a plus.

• Enjoy solving meaningful tasks
• Result-oriented
• Respectful and appreciative in communication
• Ability to think logicaly
• speaking german is a plus
  
• Excellent written and spoken English C2
  
• Experience with Microsoft Office and PC
