Περιγραφή

We are looking for a highly motivated Employer Brand Project Manager with the right mix of critical thinking, creativity, integrated marketing and project management skills, to join our team on a one-year contract basis. As part of our highly creative and ever evolving organization, you will be responsible for elevating Vodafone’s employer profile across all channels and segments, developing the right key messages and go-to-market approach.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Accountabilities:

  • Ensure execution of the annual Employer Brand calendar according to our strategic priorities
  • Manage an external advertising agency, providing briefs and giving feedback on various projects allocated as per the annual EB calendar
  • Collaborate with the Internal Comms, Vodafone Brand and Corporate Affairs teams to synchronize brand-related activities in such a way to ensure strategic and operational alignment
  • Produce content (either hands-on or through agency) and administer all local digital career channels, such as Vodafone.gr/careers, Facebook and LinkedIn in terms of contact strategy, content marketing and user experience
  • Plan and prepare our branded presence in external events, such as tech meet-ups, career fairs, Pride Athens, as well as Vodafone events like “Code like a Girl”
  • Coordinate and submit nominations for various HR awards
  • Manage relationships and organise actions with career offices, student organizations, and other partners

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  1. 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications or public relations, preferably at a digital agency
  2. Robust and active online presence at social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.)
  3. Ability to develop comms plans, content and calendars across multiple platforms
  4. Passionate about people and curious about workplace culture, diversity and employee experience. Connect people with our brand!
