Receptionist / Guest Ambassador

• 2 years’ experience in similar position, preferably in apartments complex management
• Being familiar with the hospitality standards
• Working hours flexibility
• Excellent command of written and spoken Greek and English language; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Computer literacy [Excel, Word, emails, internet]
• Customer-oriented and Professional attitude
• Excellent communication abilities, organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of PMS, preferably Pylon

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise the operation of the apartments.
• Being able to manage the complex whilst on duty.
• Act as reservations agent under the guidance of management.
• Knowledge & management of channel manager and online booking engines is preferred
• Welcome and correspond with guests prior to their arrival and during their stay to maximize the customer service provided
• Concierge duties
• Handle and resolve guest relation problems quickly, politely and to the full satisfaction of the guest
• Be familiar with the overall hotel operations, Athens Hills policies and sources of information in order to execute job duties and responsibilities efficiently.
• Room check and control prior to guest’s arrival.
• Perform any other duties that management may reasonably require.
