We are looking for a highly energetic, results driven and experienced candidate.
The ideal candidate functions as the primary strategic business leader of the property with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment to the company.
The position reports directly to the Front Office Manager of the company.

Responsibilities

The Driver is responsible for Welcoming and greeting guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service

• Meet and greet guests in a professional and courteous manner as per corporate standards,
• Carry out the transfer of hotel guests upon arrival, departure and/or during their stay to all locations requested on the island,
• Responsible for the cleanliness, fueling and maintenance of vehicles,
• Report any injuries, accidents, unsafe working conditions (if any),
• Be physically able to carry luggage while on duty,
• Ensure vehicle’s parking during night on the selected location,
• Provide information to guests in regards of facilities, events and services
• Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance

Qualifications:

• Holder of a driving License,
• Deep knowledge and ability to adhere to health & safety regulations,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Professional experience in a similar position for at least 5 years in 4 * or 5 * Hotels.
• Pleasant, friendly and communicative presence.
• Oriented in customer service and satisfaction.
• Flexibility, team spirit, willingness, professional behavior.
• Team oriented.
• Professionalism, Integrity and Responsibility.
• Excellent command of the English language. Additional knowledge of further foreign languages would be considered as an asset. Arab speaking will be a plus
• Good command of a third language (Russian or German) would be a plus
• Enthusiastic, friendly & communicative personality eager to be part of a growing team
• Attention to detail and work in a fast paced, diverse work environment.
• Candidate should hold valid work authorization for the EU.
