ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a well-known multinational retail chain with stores throughout the country, is looking for an experienced professional for the position within the Employee Engagement Division of the Human Resources Department:


Employee Benefits Administrator (12 month-contract) -  (Ref. 5515/EBA/RS/GR)


Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, as well as Non-Monetary Benefits.
  • Οverseeing the overall management of non-monetary benefits for the employees, with the required support from the team,, including meal vouchers, group health insurance, public transportation cards, etc. (major part of the day)
  • Creation and maintenance of reports (excel) with financial data of the Division
  • Coordination of the distribution of gifts received by the employees (e.g., Easter, summer, Christmas, anniversary gifts, births, etc.)
  • Daily communication with employees (e.g., queries regarding benefits), internal Departments (e.g., Payroll, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, HR Offices, etc.), and external suppliers (e.g., benefits partners, brokers, etc.)
  • Coordination of activities for our people: e.g. participation in marathons, organizing blood donations, etc.
  • Creation, management, and organization of contracts with external suppliers of the Division
  • Dealing with any other tasks of the Division that may arise


Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting/Finance, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in employee benefits management or HR, or in positions involving numerical data (e.g., payroll, reporting, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Excel, very good knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of English, knowledge of German is desirable
  • Familiarity with financial data management and reporting
  • Discretion (handling sensitive information), communication (interacting extensively with internal and external stakeholders), teamwork
