Job Description:
- Perform financial and accounting tasks during the night shift.
- Verify and balance entries and records for accuracy.
- Prepare reports summarizing hotel activities during the night.
- Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs during late hours.
- Handle guest inquiries or issues that arise during the night.
- Ensure the security of the property and guests during the night.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of hospitality experience as a night auditor
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and office tools, preferrable in Opera
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
- Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to guest satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English
