We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Perform end of day duties and prepare reports
- Perform check-in and check-out tasks
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Handling phone calls, requests and reception administrative tasks
- Respond to guests’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
- Monitor the smooth hotel operation at night shift
