As a Contact Center Supervisor you will be responsible for the full operational leadership and control of all customer service departments ensuring performance standards and company policies.

As a Contact Center Supervisor you will be responsible to: 

  • Assume leadership responsibility for departmental tasks and contact center activities as required.
  • Evaluate employee key performance indicators and identify training needs and development opportunities.
  • Present call center performance reports to the top management.
  • Perform tasks to assure project and program service level requirements and goals are met.
  • Implement and monitor key controls and manage appropriate operational risks.
  • Monitor key customer service metrics and improve processes in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Support and enforce contact center expectations and company policies and procedure

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate for this Contact Center Supervisor role should have:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Contact Center Supervisor in service industries.
  • BSc degree.
  • Master that will be considered as an asset.
  • Proven team management and training skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and project management skills.
  • Team-spirit and ability to lead by example.
  • Passionate, committed and results-oriented.
  • Inspiring and motivational personality.
