In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our French-English - speaking customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone & email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
- Investigate and end-to-end completion of assigned cases
- Participation in the improvement of procedures followed in daily work
Requirements:
- Fluency in French | English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work 24/7/365 to ensure continuous support
