As a Ordering Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for:
- Process customer orders and execute accurate invoicing and billing through company systems
- Keep track of customer orders as well as ensure their completion
- Cooperate with the logistics and warehouse departments for orders and deliveries
- Answer queries and provide exceptional customer support through phone and email
- Resolve and take ownership of each client’s questions or concerns
- Handle several back office and data entry responsibilities
