We are committed to providing an unparalleled level of hospitality and are seeking a dynamic and passionate Hotel Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Managing day-to-day hotel operations, including reservations, maintenance, and budget control, to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
• Financial Management: Monitoring and controlling budgets, revenue, and expenses to maximize profitability while maintaining the quality of service.
• Marketing and Sales: Collaborating with the marketing team to promote the hotel and drive sales, as well as maintaining relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies.
• Team Leadership: Leading and motivating a dedicated team of staff to deliver outstanding service, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage personnel.
• Training and Development: Providing ongoing training and development opportunities to staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Guest Relations: Addressing guest concerns and ensuring prompt resolution to maintain a positive reputation and high guest satisfaction scores.
• Guest Experience: Ensuring that each guest enjoys an exceptional stay by overseeing all aspects of guest service, from check-in to check-out.
• Compliance: Ensuring the hotel complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel or operations management, preferably in a boutique or luxury 5* hotel.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on employee development and guest satisfaction.
• Financial Acumen: Proficiency in budgeting, revenue management, and financial analysis.
• Customer Service: Exceptional guest service skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English, along with the ability to interact with diverse guests and staff.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
• Hospitality Degree (optional): A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not required.
