Job duties:

• Support process design of BI solutions (e.g. reporting tools).
• Support project coordination activities.
• Facilitate communications management.
• Support Design and implementation phases.
• Support User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
• Facilitate an alignment meeting with a customer to gather high level requirements for new reporting needs
• Experience handling, securing, and communicating highly confidential and sensitive information

The successful candidate should have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline
• Knowledge of SQL or other structured query languages
• Experience in business analysis in Retail will be considered an asset
• Solid analytical, think creatively and problem-solving skills
• Collaboration & team work skills
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point)
