Banking Business Analyst

Job Description

• Identifies areas where the business can improve processes and workflows 

• Meets with company managers and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance business processes

• Facilitates workshops 

• Documentation of process and work flows 

• Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements 

• Identifies issues and risks

Candidate Profile

• University Degree in Informatics or Finance 

• At least two (2) years of experience in Business Analysis, in the Banking sector 

• Knowledge of banking structures, products, and operations

• Familiarity with data architecture and database systems

• Hands-on experience with business intelligence technologies such as SQL 

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel

• Good business analysis skills 

• Good functional analysis skills 

• Effective communication skills
