Περιγραφή

Webhelp Hellas, is currently looking to recruit, Data Analyst & Reporting Specialist (English Speaker with French or Italian), to join a growing international Customer Care Team based in Athens.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supports sales team with data qualification.
  • Researches companies to find out specific information telephone numbers, email, etc. and ensure that the call out lists are enriched.
  • The position will help the project increase the chances of contacting more Partners.
  • Provides business support for the database.
  • Acts as interlock with client operations team to align on data format.
  • Fills client ProForms to update partner profiling in client database.
  • Passes on the information obtained to the sales team.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  •  3 Years of experience in relevant role
  •  French & English compulsory at near native level, spoken and written
  •  Advanced Excel skills
  •  Business knowledge and commercial awareness.
  •  Comfortable speaking with business users at all levels.
  •  Strong individual contributor as well as a team player.
  •  Handle project tasks with minimal direction and supervision.
  •  Highly organized and detail oriented.
  •  Target success driven.
  •  Flexibility in prioritizing workload
