member of a multinational leading group, is looking for an experienced:
Financial Controller (Ref. code 5298/FC/ESS/GR) The Role: The executive must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management in order to manage and improve the organization's financial performance and direct accounting operations. The position reports directly to the General Manager.
Main Responsibilities: - Guides the execution of financial decisions in order to maximize financial results of the company via establishing and enforcing policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems
- In charge of implementing pricing, treasury, taxation and collection activities, in accordance to the decisions of the management and the guidelines of the Board of Directors, subject to the state laws
- Develops plans for financial growth and strategies to minimize financial risk
- Collects, interprets and reports financial information
- Prepares strategy and business plans
- Prepares and reviews all financial plans and budgets regularly
- Generates monthly, quarterly and annual reports to identify P&L results, trends, as well as financial forecasts
- In charge of the preparation of statutory quarterly and annual financial statements
- Ensures cash flow adequacy concerning all company operations
- Develops and delivers quality transfer pricing
- Manages financial transactions
- Streamlines accounting functions and operations
- Manages relationships with external partners such as banks, auditors, consultants, credit insurance companies
- Motivates and leads finance team ensuring clear role playing and provides effective feedback
- Monitors and coordinates internal controls and audit processes
