Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Groom – Driver to join our team at Apeiron Blue, a prestigious 5-star hotel in Santorini. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences through efficient and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Support: Carry luggage to and from guests' rooms upon arrival and departure, as directed by the reception team. Accompany guests to their rooms as needed
• Luggage Management: Store luggage securely in the designated storage area on the day of guests' departure
• Transportation Services: Drive guests to and from the port, airport, or other locations as dictated by the reception team to meet client needs
• Communication: Work with the reception team to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain open communication with your immediate supervisor regarding any challenges or concerns

Essential Qualifications:

• Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a similar role at 4* or 5* hotels
• Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language
• Driving License: Valid driver's license
• Personal Presentation: Friendly demeanor and pleasant appearance.
