Περιγραφή

SARKK SA, exclusive distribution representative of the Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein brands, is currently looking for: 

Customer Service Support to our Head Offices in Athens.

The Customer Service Support representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our e-commerce customers, acting as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries throughout the shopping journey.  Your role focuses on order support, delivery follow-ups, returns, refunds, and customer communication via email, in line with the brand’s reputation for quality and service excellence.

  • Provide thoughtful responses to customer and product inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
  • Monitor order statuses, update customers on order progress, and track deliveries. Coordinate with warehouse & courier partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery support. Assist customers with requests related to returns, refunds, and after-sales care, maintaining clear communication and seamless follow-through.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, ensuring structured documentation and actionable insights. Generate concise monthly reporting summaries to support performance tracking and service optimization.
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as logistics and IT, to support seamless order assistance and elevate the overall customer experience.
  • Operate in full alignment with internal procedures, SLAs, and customer service guidelines and best practices in customer interactions, supporting the brand’s premium service, integrity, and consistently elevated standards

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Fluency in both English and Romanian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, ideally within e-commerce or luxury retail environments.
  • Proficiency in general computer usage, with a solid understanding of web technologies. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems is considered an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to customer care.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining structured follow-up and timely responses.
