Our six Hotels in Greece are located in Corfu, Kos and Rhodes islands and our Head Offices are in Athens. We are currently hiring for the upcoming season for LABRANDA Sandy Beach, our hotel in Corfu.
This position is responsible for welcoming guests upon their arrival and handling of check-in, check-out according to MP Hotels standards. He is also responsible for providing orientation services, registering guests and collecting necessary information i.e. contact details and exact dates of stay.
Main tasks & responsibilities:
• Taking telephone reservations and requests
• Being knowledgeable about all the services, facilities and events in the hotel
• Respond to clients complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Liase with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and full-furnished to accommodate guests needs
• Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees
• Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
• Run daily reports, reviewing to see what needs to be communicated to the next shif’s staff
