CORE Construction Group is an international
construction company specialized in fit-out and interior construction
projects, delivering complex retail and commercial developments across
multiple countries.
Due to our ongoing
international activity, we are looking for a Project Manager to
take full ownership of fit-out projects abroad, from
pre-construction through final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for project delivery (scope,
schedule, cost, quality)
- Overall coordination of site teams, Site
Engineers, MEP teams and subcontractors
- Monitoring project budget and cost deviations
(budget vs actuals)
- Planning, tracking and controlling project
timelines
- Management of contracts, variations, and change
orders
- Communication with clients, consultants and local
stakeholders
- Regular site visits and on-site presence at
international project locations
- Ensuring compliance with technical specifications
and company procedures
- Coordination of handover, commissioning and
close-out documentation
- Reporting to Management and Head Office
