Business Development Senior Officer (Pharma)

LMW is seeking a dynamic Business Development Senior Officer (Pharma) on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical company. The position is located in Polydendri, Attica, Greece.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and implement strategic business plans
• Negotiate and close business deals
• Collaborate with various teams within the organization
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients
• Manage and resolve any issues that may arise
• Ensure all business activities comply with relevant laws and regulations
• Monitor and report on business development activities and outcomes

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements
• Excellent negotiation and deal closing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel as required
