Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest service in accordance with the quality and hospitality standards of Porto Platanias Hotels & Resorts.
- Welcome, seat, and assist guests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the assigned work area in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Set up, clear, and reset tables efficiently to ensure the smooth operation of the dining area.
- Communicate effectively with the Kitchen, Bar, and other hotel departments to ensure excellent guest service.
- Handle guest requests, dietary requirements, and complaints with professionalism, escalating issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies, operating procedures, and HACCP food safety and hygiene standards.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and productive team environment.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct, representing the company's values and image at all times.
Requirements:
- Graduate or current student in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry will be considered an asset.
- Very good command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills, professional attitude, and a guest-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, reliable, flexible, and adaptable to the operational needs of the department.
