Our Company, on behalf of its partner, seeks to cover the position of the: Clinical Applications Specialist for Endoscopic & Robotic surgery products.
Responsibilities
• Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
• Perform on-site training of key operators and end users in the use of Endoscopic/Robotic surgery product offerings
• Participating actively during the application of companys products while the surgery is taking place into a clinic
• Work closely with nurses and clinical staff and other professional staff to ensure the proper and efficient operation of company products
• Negotiating the terms ( price, costs) of an agreement and closing sales
• Gathering market and customer information, competition research
• Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
• Liaising with headquarters to check the progress of existing orders
• Perform troubleshooting procedures to identify and resolve problems quickly and with confidence.
• Support the sales process in technical presentations of products where applicable.
• Develop and conduct training and in-service programs for hospital staff.
