The Client:
ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a multinational company, leading in its sector, is searching for an HR Recruiter for its premises in Athens.

Job Description:
The Job Holder will be responsible for:
• Implementing overall recruiting strategy
• Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
• Preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate career portals
• Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media (LinkedIn)
• Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

• 2–4 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter, conducting volume recruitment (either in-house or in a recruitment agency)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Recourses Management
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills

• Gross Monthly Salary: 1.200 – 1.300 €
