Front Office Agent. The successful candidate needs to have excellent communication and organization skills and high ability to multitask.
Being part of our Front Office team you will:- Provide excellent guest service by discovering all of our guests needs and acting on these needs proactively, effectively and promptly
- Upsell the running Marriots'programs and try to maximize revenue for the hotel
- Maintaina professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times
- Maintain working relationships and communicate with all departments
- Welcome guests and resolve any possibleproblem / complaint quickly and courteously
- Have to perform check in, check out duties and receive payments for guests
