Περιγραφή

Costa Navarino is  seeking for a capable, outgoing and flexible Front Office Agent. The successful candidate needs to have excellent communication and organization skills and high ability to multitask.

Being part of our Front Office team you will:
  • Provide excellent guest service by discovering all of our guests needs and acting on these needs proactively, effectively and promptly
  • Upsell the running Marriots'programs and try to maximize revenue for the hotel
  • Maintaina professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times
  • Maintain working relationships and communicate with all departments
  • Welcome guests and resolve any possibleproblem / complaint quickly and courteously
  • Have to perform check in, check out duties and receive payments for guests

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have minimum 2 years’ experience as a Front Office Agent
  • Have a bachelor in Business Tourism / Hospitality Management
  • Be an excellent communicator in English (both written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of Greek and an extra foreign language will be considered as an advantage
  • Have excellent organization and communication skills with high ability to multitask
  • Possess strong computer skills and knowledge of Opera software
