HR Manager for IKOS ARIA in KOS

With two brand new resorts opening in Corfu 2018 and Kos 2019 and with two top awarded ones in Halkidiki we are looking for talented & energetic professionals.

HR Manager
for our new luxury Resort Ikos Aria opening in 2019 in Kos

The successful candidate will join us as soon as possible and will be based in Halkidiki and in Autumn/Winter 2019 will be transferred to Kos with his/her team.

To succeed in your role, you will need to have:
• Relevant experience as an HR Manager for at least 2 years
• Experience in leading a team of HR professionals
• Good knowledge of Labor Law and HR Practices in Recruitment & Employee Development.
• Hospitality / Tourism experience/background will be considered as a strong asset
• Creative mind – hands on approach
• Proven resiliency in a very dynamic work environment
• Excellent command of English language
