HotelsNest is seeking a full-time Social Media and Reputation Manager to lead and manage the company’s digital presence and online reputation.
The role involves strategic management of social media channels, professional handling of customer reviews on platforms such as Google and Trustpilot, and the creation and execution of content strategies that strengthen brand credibility, engagement, and growth.
This position is suitable for both senior-level professionals with proven experience and junior candidates who have strong ambition, a growth mindset, and a clear vision for professional development within the digital and online travel industry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing and growing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and similar)
- Advanced to medium computer skills with high proficiency in digital tools and online platforms
- Demonstrated experience in content creation, including planning, producing, and publishing high-quality social media content
- Ability to design and execute structured social media strategies, including goal setting, content calendars, performance tracking, and continuous optimization
- Strong interest and understanding of the online travel, tourism, and hospitality sector
- Hands-on experience with review and reputation management platforms, including Google Business Profile and Trustpilot Business
- Strong proficiency in content creation and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar professional platforms
- Experience with analytics, insights, and reporting tools to monitor performance and support data-driven decisions (e.g. Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
- Experience with social media scheduling, campaign planning, and content calendar management tools
