Our 2026
hiring season is open and we are looking to recruit an
organized and detail-orientated individual to join our team as a Reservations Agent.
Position: Reservations Agent
Job Type: Full-time, seasonal contract
Location: Corfu, Greece
As a Hotel Reservations Agent, your main
responsibility is to assist prospective guests in making room reservations at
the hotel, always providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Answer
phone calls and respond to emails from customers who are interested in
making reservations or have questions about their reservations
- Provide
customers with information about the hotel’s accommodation options, rates,
and amenities
- Process
reservations, cancellations, and modifications using reservation software
- Collect
and process payments from guests
- Communicate
with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure
that guests’ requests are met
- Maximize
rooms revenue through the conversion of telephone calls into sales
- Be
fully conversant with all market segments and rate plans used across all
distribution channels
- Identify
sales opportunities through individuals, Corporate Accounts, Wholesalers
and Travel Management companies
- Handle
customer queries and complaints relating to Rooms Reservations
- Support
the Reservations Manager and/or Revenue Manager with special projects as
required

What We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiastic
individual, highly communicative and with friendly personality
- Proven
experience in Customer Service, ideally in a luxury environment
- Fluency
in English
- Good
command of a second language (Russian, German, French) would be a plus
- Computer
literacy
- Knowledge
of Opera
