Reservations employee

A property management company located in the center of Athens, is looking for an individual to undertake the role of Reservations & Hosting Employee.

Job description: 

• Management of reservations and pre-arrival communication with guests 
• Hosting - offering check in services to guests 
• Daily communication and coordination with the housekeeping department 
• Manage / update prices and availability on online channels, using Hoteliga channel manager

Necessary qualifications and skills: 

• Excellent knowledge of English both written and oral. Other languages will be considered a plus
• Basic knowledge in Accounting
• Proficient in the use of computers, Microsoft office, hotel PMS and online channels (hoteliga / booking.com / expedia etc.) 
• Enthusiastic, friendly and communicative personality with a proactive approach 
• Provision of exceptional customer service to guests 
• Professional manner and presentation
• Degree in tourism

Desired qualifications and skills: 

• Knowledge of revenue management
