Necessary qualifications and skills:
- Excellent knowledge of English both written and oral. Other languages will be considered a plus
- Basic knowledge in Accounting
- Proficient in the use of computers, Microsoft office, hotel PMS and online channels (hoteliga / booking.com / expedia etc.)
- Enthusiastic, friendly and communicative personality with a proactive approach
- Provision of exceptional customer service to guests
- Professional manner and presentation
- Degree in tourism
Desired qualifications and skills:
- Knowledge of revenue management
