The Waiter/Waitress is a vital member of the F&B team, responsible for delivering impeccable service and crafting memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Reception & Seating

• Warmly welcome guests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Escort guests to their tables according to reservations and availability.

2. Order Taking & Processing

• Accurately take food and beverage orders.
• Input orders into the system following company standards.
• Provide detailed information about the menu and offer tailored recommendations.

3. Service & Presentation

• Serve food and beverages with flawless presentation and precise timing.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, or complaints with professionalism.

4. Hygiene & Workspace Organization

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

5. Teamwork & Collaboration

• Work closely with the kitchen team and F&B colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support team members during peak hours and contribute to a high-functioning service environment.

• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a luxury restaurant or high-end hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
