Waiter/Waitress is a vital member of the F&B team, responsible for
delivering impeccable service and crafting memorable dining experiences for our
guests.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Reception & Seating
- Warmly welcome guests with courtesy and professionalism.
- Escort guests to their tables according to reservations and availability.
2. Order Taking & Processing
- Accurately take food and beverage orders.
- Input orders into the system following company standards.
- Provide detailed information about the menu and offer tailored
recommendations.
3. Service & Presentation
- Serve food and beverages with flawless presentation and precise timing.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, or complaints with professionalism.
4. Hygiene & Workspace Organization
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
5. Teamwork & Collaboration
- Work closely with the kitchen team and F&B colleagues to ensure smooth
daily operations.
- Support team members during peak hours and contribute to a high-functioning
service environment.
