Finance Administrator (Oinofyta)

• Daily Invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of accounts in cooperation with accounting team
• Ensuring all orders and invoices are processed and uploaded through the company’s systems
• Sending invoices to customers and collecting monitor payments
• Updating payments spreadsheets on a weekly basis in cooperation with the export team
• Responding to various inquiries by wholesale customers regarding payments, credit notes and any open balances
• General Administrative tasks required for the department

Candidate’s Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• At least one year of professional experience in a similar role
• Excellent use of English language
• Experience with using a warehouse management system will be considered a plus
• Strong communication skills
