Job Role: As a Nail Artist at Myrthia
Thermal Spa, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail care
services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. You will
contribute to the positive reputation of our spa by providing personalized and
professional services, ensuring guests have a rejuvenating and memorable spa
experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nail care services, including manicures and
pedicures.
- Maintain a high standard of technical skill and expertise.
- Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and
relaxing experience for all guests.
- Recommend nail care products and treatments to enhance client’s experience.
- Create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for our guests.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest
inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about nail products, treatments, and industry
trends.
- Provide product recommendations and promote retail sales.
Collaboration with Spa Team:
- Collaborate with other spa therapists, receptionists, and
support staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in training sessions and skill development programs.
Sales and Upselling:
- Actively promote and upsell additional services or enhancements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets for spa services and retail
products.
