Technical Services Manager

We are looking for a Technical Services Manager to organize and coordinate all After Sales activities.

The Technical Services Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Control services, costs and profitability from Spare Parts revenues
• Coordinate the activities and projects focused on the technical aspects of our products
• Ensure alignment and continuous info exchange with relevant departments to ensure rapid response and effective solutions to technical issues.
• Responsible for business development, data analysis and monitoring in order to identify new business opportunities
• Manage the Parts and Services Pricing and Budget to be aligned with Regional guidelines
• Cost and Sales Performance monitoring to achieve the Market and Regional Contribution goal
• Technical documentation management with the aim to propose service documentation and problem-solving articles
• Define Training program in line with Regional guidelines

In order to meet the requirements of the position, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Proven experience up to 3 years in a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge
• Leadership and team management experience
