Responsibilities
- Lead the front desk team and ensure a smooth guest check-in/check-out experience.
- Provide training and ongoing support to ensure staff are well-prepared for their roles.
- Handle escalated guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments to manage room availability and optimize occupancy rates.
- Monitor front desk operations to guarantee proper staffing and coverage.
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a relevant position in 4* hotel.
- Strong organizational, time-management skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and/or escalated guest issues and find creative solutions.
- Team spirit and customer-oriented approach.
- Fluent in English, additional languages a plus.
