As a Digital Marketing Coordinator in this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Achieve a strong understanding of the recruitment landscape, and ensure media strategies are aligned to KPIs to drive optimal campaign performance
- Execute all media buys, including paid search, social etc.
- Monitor campaign performance and own all optimizations
- Ensure high levels of campaign performance, while working hand-in-hand with 360 Talent Acquisition team members and Recruitment and Selection Manager
- Develop reports and analytics that identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Present media recommendations
